Hourly Pricing: Tied to commercial hourly rates on intraday market + our depreciation + financing and margin. What does that mean, at a max price of UAH 15000, we are slightly cheaper than Diesel prices.
Excess electricity not utilized by you, is routed to the Intraday market during your facilities offline hours.
Zero Readiness Fees: The client incurs no ongoing standby or maintenance fees; expenses are tied strictly to active energy consumption.
This premium tier includes the free planned outage coverage, but adds a dedicated emergency reserve to protect operations against unannounced emergency blackouts (around 15% of total blackouts in western Ukraine)
Emergency 20% Buffer (Immediate Dispatch): A hard-coded, instant-response energy reserve.
Uninterrupted Dedicated 20% Reserve: Guarantees that a fixed fifth of total system capacity is strictly walled off and never used for daily market trading.
Availability Fee: A fixed standby fee paid by the client to cover the underlying capital expenditures, financing costs and bank interest and margin for keeping dedicated hardware on reserve.
